COMPANY POLICIES ON REGISTRATION

ATTENDANCE: The course regulations require that you be present for the entire six hours for class room courses to qualify for the insurance and point reduction benefits. Classes start promptly at times listed in the schedule- be sure to be on time for the class start.

REFUNDS: Will be granted if a written request is received in the office one week prior to the start of the class for which you were first registered. (Email communication is acceptable). if cancel after the one week prior to the start of the class for which you were first registered, there will be a $15.00 service fee.

TRANSFERS: You may change your scheduled date by sending a written request along with a $15.00 change of program fee. We cannot make changes over the telephone. All missed classes must be made-up within 60 days of the original date for which you registered, (Transfers fees can be sent via the US Post Office OR brought to the make-up class. DO NOT REREGISTER for another class). A doctor's note can be substituted for the $15.00 fee in the event of illness.
